The morning of the race. Laced up. The course is set.
The crowd is loud. The pulse is high. And quietly,
everything we cannot carry, we lay at the Cross.
A defined course.
Run with your whole life.
Dromos exists to help believers name the course God has set for them, and run it the whole way. Faith that reaches the locker room, the boardroom, the kitchen table. Not faith bracketed off for Sunday.
A marathon does not begin with a step. It begins with a hush. The crowd quiets. The runners breathe. Whatever they brought with them that they cannot carry across 26.2 miles, they set it down at the line.
Dromos begins the same way. Before we run the course we are given, we lay down the things that would slow us. Pride. Fear. Performance. The version of ourselves we have been protecting. We start light at the Cross.
Race · course · the defined run from start to finish.
Not abstract motion. Not vague ambition. A real course, with a starting line, a route, and a finish.
Paul did not speak of his calling as a feeling, or a season, or an idea. He spoke of a dromos, a course to be finished. Something specific. Something his. Something he intended to complete.
Every believer has one. Most have never named theirs. Dromos exists to help them name it, and run it.
Many believers have sat in good churches for decades and can explain the Gospel clearly. They serve. They give. But when Monday comes, faith goes in one box, and work and parenting and leadership run by other rules. The Gospel has been believed. It has not yet reached the parking lot, the kitchen table, the Tuesday afternoon.
They are not resistant. They are hungry. They have simply never found the structure, or the community, where what they believe on Sunday becomes who they are on Tuesday.
Dromos identifies believers with native credibility in specific cultural environments, walks with them in whole-life discipleship, and sends them back into those environments to lead with the Gospel made visible in their daily work.
Small discipleship groups of 6 to 10 people, meeting for 12 to 18 months in real places. Gyms. Offices. Training facilities. We walk together through what it looks like for faith to reach all of life and all of work. Belief becomes practice.
MoreOngoing coaching and peer community for those who finish the first cohort. Mature participants become trained Dromos leaders themselves. Multiplication is built into the design.
MoreFor sports clubs, businesses, schools, and ministries: a clear diagnostic process, cohort-based culture formation, and a sustained partnership that helps the institution actually live what it claims to value.
MoreDromos is not built for everyone. That is a function of focus, not a failure of welcome. We're looking for people who already have a room they can change, and who want their faith to reach the way they use it.
If we run the course faithfully, this is what the Northwest Metro looks like. Not in theory. In the way people actually live, lead, and worship on a Tuesday.
Do you share the dream?
Does your heart want this for your family?
