You believed deeply on Sunday.
By Tuesday the believing and the living
had drifted apart again.

DROMOS

A defined course.
Run with your whole life.

A community for believers who carry the ache of a divided life. We help you name the dromos you have been given, form through it, and finish it. In our shorthand, Tuesday is the ordinary day. The hours and decisions where the Gospel meets the actual texture of life.

At the Cross

Everything we cannot carry,
we leave here.

Whatever you came in carrying that you cannot carry where you are going, you can set it down here. The pride, and the self you have been performing in its place.

Dromos begins here, and keeps beginning here. The temptation to take it back into our own hands meets us daily. The Cross is where we keep being given back to it.

"Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us."
— Hebrews 12:1
The Name
δρόμος
DROM-os  ·  Greek

Race  ·  course  ·  the defined run from start to finish.
The course set for you. Not chosen by you. Yours to finish.

"That I might finish my dromos and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus."
— Acts 20:24

Paul did not call his work a feeling or a season. He called it a dromos, a course he intended to finish.

Every believer has one. Most have never named theirs. Dromos exists to help them name it, walk it, and finish it.

The Ache

The
Divided
Life.

Many believers have sat in good churches for decades and can explain the Gospel clearly. They serve and they give. But when Monday comes, faith goes in one box and the rest of life moves by other rules. The Gospel has been believed. It has not yet reached the parking lot.

They are hungry, not resistant. They have never found the structure, or the community, where what they believe on Sunday becomes who they are on a Tuesday.

The Response

Three
pillars.
One course.

"Be doers of the word, and not hearers only."
— James 1:22

Dromos identifies believers with native credibility in specific places, walks with them across the whole of life, and sends them back to lead with the Gospel visible in their daily work.

Pillar 01
How Christ shapes a life
Individual Formation

Small discipleship groups of 6 to 10 people, meeting for 12 to 18 months in the places they already work. Gyms, offices, training facilities. Belief becomes practice.

More
Pillar 02
Leaders walking with leaders
Leader Community

Ongoing coaching and peer community for those who finish the first cohort. Mature participants become trained Dromos leaders themselves. Multiplication is built into the design.

More
Pillar 03
Helping institutions become what they say they are
Organizational Consulting

For sports clubs, businesses, schools, and ministries: a clear diagnostic process, culture formation in cohorts, and a sustained partnership that helps the institution actually live what it claims to value.

An Invitation

For those who have felt
the ache of a divided life.

Dromos is built for believers who see this work as a path to unification, integration, and wholeness under the Gospel. If that is you, there is a place here.

For
Coaches
High school, club, college. The adults who shape how a generation learns to compete and to lead.
For
Trainers & Gym Owners
Daily, repeated influence over the bodies, and often the lives, of the people who walk through the door.
For
Founders, Executives &
School Leaders
Founders, executives, and school heads whose daily decisions form the culture of a team, a company, a classroom. Faith that, if whole, reshapes the institution too.
For
Pastors & Church Leaders
Shepherds carrying the weight of formation in their own congregations. Dromos exists to come alongside, not to compete.
Where We're Going

A picture of five years from now.

If we walk this faithfully, this is what the Northwest Metro looks like in five years. The way people actually live and lead in the ordinary hours.

Year One
By 2027
Two cohorts active in their native environments: one in sport, one in business.
15–20 founding members walking through a full year of formation.
The Dromos Basketball Program active across Foundation and Development phases.
501(c)(3) status received. First annual gathering held.
Year Five
By 2031
A dedicated Dromos facility in the Northwest Metro. Gym, training space, gathering rooms, chapel.
100+ leaders trained and actively shaping their environments. Multiplication well underway.
Partnerships with sports clubs, schools, and businesses across the region.
A visible cultural ripple. Believers known for how they live on a Tuesday.

Do you share the dream?
Does your heart want this for your family?
For your church?
