An Invitation to Partner

Give.
Build with us.

An invitation to those who have felt the ache of a divided life, and who see this work as a path to unification, integration, and wholeness under the Gospel. Here is how we think about partnership.

There are no giving clubs.

We have no tier names you have to live up to. No urgency theater. No artificial deadline. A different way of thinking about partnership, in three sentences.

Donors are invited to learn and discern, to the degree they are comfortable.

Together we shape a gift that accomplishes something on the donor's own dromos, through the ministry they are blessing.

A gift within the donor's capacity, commensurate with how much they believe in this work.

That is the whole framework. No matrix. No ladder. The best gift is the one a person is ready to make, in the place they are actually standing, toward a work they have actually come to believe in.

Three movements.

How a gift is actually shaped, from first reading to first check. No pressure at any point to move faster than you want.

Movement 01
Learn

Read what we are doing. Pray about it. Read the vision page, the founder's brief, the church leader's brief. Take your time. We are in no hurry to be funded poorly.

Movement 02
Discern

A real conversation with Nick. We listen first. Together we name what God seems to be doing on your own dromos right now, and how a gift to this work could honor that.

Movement 03
Give

A gift, in the form and at the size that is right for you. Monthly, single, project-specific, in-kind. We acknowledge promptly and account for it honestly, year on year.

Begin a conversation

If you are anywhere in the first two movements above, write or call. We will send what you ask for, and meet when you are ready. Dromos is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit; all gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Where every dollar goes.

Annual financials are published each fiscal year. Below is the allocation framework we hold ourselves to from year one.

70%
Programs

Cohort leaders, formation materials, Basketball Program, retreats, ongoing leader community.

15%
Facility Fund

Reserved for the future Dromos home. Grows quietly, year over year.

10%
Administration

Bookkeeping, legal, insurance. The unglamorous machinery that keeps the work going.

5%
Reserves

A protected reserve so the work can weather lean years without compromise.

A home for the work.

By 2031, we want a Dromos facility in the Northwest Metro built for the work. A gathering place, not an office. A gym, training space, meeting rooms, a small chapel. A physical home for a community already at work elsewhere.

01Gym & Court~6,000 sqft
02Training Space~2,500 sqft
03Cohort Rooms (×3)~1,800 sqft
04Common Hall~1,500 sqft
05Chapel~800 sqft
06Offices & Admin~1,200 sqft

The floor plan is conceptual. A working sketch, not architectural. A real architect will be engaged once the capital campaign reaches its first milestone. Significant gifts toward the building can be designated, with full transparency on how they are held.

When you are ready.

No rush, no pressure. Reach out when reading and praying have given way to a clear sense that a gift is yours to make.
