15 founding members chosen from coaches, founders, trainers, and church leaders across the Northwest Metro. Six months of weekly meeting, real friendship, and the first three movements of The Way.
A second cohort, focused specifically on the sports world, beginning to meet in Q4. The pipeline of leaders has begun.
The Dromos Basketball Program has run a full season across Foundation and Development phases, with measurable formation alongside measurable skill growth. The first proof of concept for sport that forms the whole person.
Nonprofit status approved. First annual gathering held. Founding donors have given their first full year. The legal and financial foundation is laid.
Three to five local churches sending people, praying for the work, and partnering with us as fellow shepherds, not as competitors.

A Dromos home built for the work. Gym, training space, gathering rooms, a small chapel, founder offices. The physical headquarters of a community already running everywhere.
By Year Five, 200+ people have completed Dromos formation and continue in the Leader Community. Many have led cohorts of their own. Multiplication is real.
Active cohorts in Sport, Wellness & Fitness, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Civic Life. Each with its own rhythm. Each shaping its industry with believers who actually live what they say.
When people in the Twin Cities ask "where do you go to be formed for the long haul?" Dromos is a real answer, alongside the local church, never replacing her.
Five full classes of student-athletes have come through. Foundation, Development, and Refinement phases all operational. Alumni in college, in coaching, in ministry.
