What we
believe.

A clear confession matters. No one should walk with a formation organization without first understanding what shapes it. Here is what we hold, what we teach, and what we do not.

A simple creed.
An ancient one.

Dromos stands on what the Church has confessed from the start. Nothing exotic. Nothing private. We hold to the historic Christian faith summarized in the Apostles' and Nicene Creeds, and we teach Scripture as the authoritative Word of God.

We believe in one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Eternal, holy, and good.

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. Born of the virgin Mary. Crucified under Pontius Pilate. Risen on the third day. Ascended, and coming again.

We believe salvation is by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Not by anything we earn, achieve, or perform.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God, sufficient for life and faith.

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells the believer and forms Christ in us over time.

We believe the Church is Christ's body. Visible, local, and global. We serve her. We never compete with her.

Six values
that shape every cohort.

These are not slogans. They are the working commitments that govern how we lead, who we sit with, and what we will not compromise.

Value 01
ὁλόκληρος · holókleros
Whole

Faith is not a compartment. It either reaches the way you coach, hire, parent, train, and lead, or it has not yet reached you. We refuse the divided life.

Value 02
ἀλήθεια · alétheia
Truthful

We will not soften what Scripture says to make the room more comfortable. And we will not weaponize what Scripture says to make ourselves look strong. The truth is enough.

Value 03
ταπεινός · tapeinós
Humble

We are not the only ones doing this. We come alongside the local church. We do not replace it. We learn from those further down the road than we are.

Value 04
κοινωνία · koinonía
In Community

No one runs a marathon alone. Discipleship happens in real, sustained relationships. Small enough to know each other. Long enough to actually change.

Value 05
διάκονος · diákonos
For the Sent

Formation is the preparation, never the end. Every leader we train, we train to be sent back into the rooms they already shape.

Value 06
ὑπομονή · hypomoné
Endurance

We are not interested in quick wins or impressive launches. We are interested in believers who finish. Believers who are still running faithfully in twenty years.

What we teach.
What we don't.

Clarity protects everyone: participants, churches, partners. Here are the lines we draw and the ones we don't.

We do teach

The Gospel of Jesus ChristCrucified, risen, returning. The center of everything we do.
The authority of ScriptureRead in context, taken seriously, applied to real life. Including the parts that cost us something.
All of lifeFaith that reshapes work, money, family, body, and relationships. Not Sunday hours alone.
The local church as primaryEvery Dromos participant belongs to a local congregation. We send people to the church, not around it.
Marriage, family, and sexualityThe historic, biblical teaching of the Church. Held with gentleness. Taught with clarity.
Vocational stewardshipYour job is not a side issue to God. It is a primary site of formation and mission.

We do not teach

Prosperity theologyThe Gospel is not a vehicle for personal success, wealth, or branding. Following Jesus has always cost something.
Political partisanshipNo party, no platform. We are citizens of a Kingdom that is older than every nation and that will outlast them all.
Personality-driven leadershipWe are not building around a charismatic figure. The founder will be replaced. The course remains.
Self-help dressed as the GospelThis is not a productivity system with a Christian veneer. It is discipleship, and discipleship requires repentance.
Replacement of the churchDromos is not a church. We do not administer sacraments. We do not preach Sunday mornings. We exist to strengthen the church, not substitute for her.
Spiritual elitismThe cohort is not a tier above ordinary congregational life. It is a focused formation environment for those with specific spheres of influence.

Our final authority.

Every framework we teach, every practice we recommend, every value above must answer to Scripture. If we are ever found teaching something out of step with the Word of God, we will repent, correct, and continue.

"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."

2 Timothy 3:16–17
