Eternal, holy, and good.
No one should walk with a formation organization without first knowing what shapes it. This page is our confession. Below it, our working commitments and the lines we draw.
Dromos stands within the historic Christian faith confessed by the Church through the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed.
Eternal, holy, and good.
He was born of the virgin Mary, crucified under Pontius Pilate, risen on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will come again in glory.
It is the gift of God, received through Christ alone.
It is inspired by God, true in all it teaches, without error, and given for the purposes God names within it: to reveal Himself, make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, teach what is true, correct what is false, train us in righteousness, and equip God's people for every good work.
uniting us to Christ, convicting us of sin, comforting us with the Gospel, and forming Christ in us over time.
Visible, local, and global. Dromos serves the Church and gladly submits its work to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We do not compete with the Church. We exist to strengthen believers for faithful life and leadership within her witness.
The Confession above is what we believe. These are the working commitments that govern how we live it. How we lead, who we sit with, what we will not compromise.
Faith is not a compartment. It either reaches the way you coach, hire, parent, train, and lead, or it has not yet reached you.
We will not soften what Scripture says to make the room more comfortable, and we will not weaponize it to make ourselves look strong.
We are not the only ones doing this. The local church goes first; we come alongside her, learning from those further down the road than we are.
Discipleship happens in real, sustained relationships. Small enough that we know each other. Long enough to actually change.
Formation is the preparation, never the end. Every leader we train, we train to send back into the rooms they already shape.
We are interested in believers who finish. The ones still walking faithfully in twenty years.
Clarity protects everyone: participants, churches, partners. Here are the lines we draw, and the ones we do not.
Every framework we teach, every practice we recommend, every value above must answer to Scripture. If we are ever found teaching something out of step with the Word of God, we will repent, correct, and continue.
"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."
If this is what you have been
